How we count: Both examples start from the overview, with the document received. We count the navigation and confirmation clicks shown, assuming the details are ready when the document is recorded. Uploading, selecting attachments, entering information and any corrections are additional steps. The Fiken example shows purchase recording from the inbox. Payment status and purchase details have already been filled in. The figures reflect this illustrated route, not a measurement of every way of working.
