Easypeasy or PowerOffice? Get accounting help, step by step
Easypeasy shows what needs doing in your accounts and helps you complete one task at a time. In PowerOffice, documents can be sent through an approval workflow. Here is how you work in the two systems.
How we count: Both examples start from the overview, with the document received. We count the navigation and confirmation clicks shown, assuming the details are ready when the document is recorded. Uploading, selecting attachments, entering information and any corrections are additional steps. The PowerOffice example starts with the main menu closed and shows direct posting with the necessary permissions, without a separate approval workflow. The figures reflect this illustrated route, not a measurement of every way of working.
You want to do your own accounting and need software that shows you what to do and helps along the way.
